Flowers in a Basket

In high sight, I should have took a photo then scan it. But, oh well. What's done is done. I started it in Easter and I just now finish.

I don't want to say what kind of flowers they are, but this is also the first time I drawn some using gesture drawing and gray scale (pencil style) with nothing but napkins, some erasers and a mechanical pencil.

Anyways. I been going through a lot in the backgrounds. I'm not going to say who (for respect) but at the end of March and starting at April, I found out that one of my family members have been going through stage 4 cancer. I mainly didn't want to post it on DA because I didn't want some of my friends on here too worry because of how they gone through a lot as well. That family member is now fighting it, and I been mostly trying to not break down as much. All I, no all we can do is help out around as much as we can and show that we still love that family member (I know it doesn't show with me non stop gaming those that are on Elsword Void, NA and UK , but I also know I couldn't just be down all the time). So in order too show that I wasn't going to make this family member (or anyone who was down), I just draw some flowers. 

I know, it's not much and I might be blabbering, but you know what they say: A picture is worth a thousand words.
